Digital Products

  1. Ineligibility for Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds for digital items are not available once they have been purchased.

  2. Non-Refundable Items: All digital content such as downloadable software, e-books, templates, trackers, databases, and online courses are strictly non-refundable.

Physical Merchandise

  1. Return Window: Customers may return merchandise within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that they were received, including original packaging.

  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs associated with returning their items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. Refund Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  4. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.

  5. Exceptions: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made merchandise, may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
